Applies only to buyers who receive a full Circle Home Loans pre-approval, including verified income, assets, employment, and credit.
Buyer must enter a ratified contract within 60 days of approval.
Guarantee applies only if the loan fails at contract or during underwriting due to a qualifying Circle Home Loans error.
Exclusions:
Buyer misrepresents or omits key information
Buyer’s financial profile materially changes after pre-approval (credit, income, employment, assets)
Property issues outside lender control (appraisal, title, seller-side problems)
Limit: One payout per transaction.
Payment issued within 30 days of formal denial confirmation.
